Shipping Policies
: Please make sure your shipping information is correct. I am not liable for packages sent to a wrong address due to an error on the buyer’s part. Order processing time is 2-5 business days. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
STANDARD Shipping (USPS First Class) within continental United States: FREE shipping for orders over $35.00. $6.00 shipping charge for orders up to $35.00. Ready to ship 2-5 business days plus 3-5 business days (not guaranteed) for USPS transit

Frames/Mats: Are NOT included with your order. They are shown for illustrative purposes only.

Cancellations:  Request a cancellation within 1 HOUR of purchase. Orders can not be cancelled or changed after they are printed.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: I can’t accept returns for customized or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged.

Returns Conditions: I gladly accept returns and exchanges. My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Contact me within 10 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8545 W Warm Springs Rd A4 #163, Las Vegas NV 89113. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at trae@traemundt.com.

Exchange Conditions: I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at trae@traemundt.com and send your item to: 8545 W Warm Springs Rd A4 #163, Las Vegas NV 89113, United States.

Downloads: I do not offer downloads.
